We developed and organized an ideation bootcamp for PGGM and their social partners to co-create new products and services for their (shared) members.
PGGM and their social partners face complex challenges due to societal changes; such as a transforming welfare state and cost reductions in healthcare. There is a mutual interest to pro-actively support their members to cope with such changes. The development of mutual products and services will allow them to create new value for their members and strengthen their social mission.
We developed a two-step program to boost product development. The first step was to explore and define mutual topics during a kick-off session. The input of this session was translated into an overall challenge which served as a starting point for a one day Idea Rally. During this day we quickly generate new ideas and develop them into potential new product-service combinations.
The ideation bootcamp was set up to create new products and services in a pressure cooker setting. The main goal is to identify new opportunities for cooperation, based on real stakeholder issues, and strengthen the relationship between partners.
